Our injection moulded headbands are machine tooled and finished. They are formed from clear plastic and then sprayed with a colour finish. The quality is determined by the type of plastic used, the type of mould and the spray finish. There should be no sharp edges and the plastic should not be brittle. We only use the best materials for our products which are both strong and durable. Products sourced from the Far East often have sharp edges and are brittle. Why compromise your choice.
